Meet our Founder & CEO, Lindsay Clarke Youngwerth

Otherwise known as LCY

Growing up, selling insurance wasn't exactly on my list of dream jobs. But my path led me here, and I've discovered that helping people live their best lives is what I was meant to do. I feel that benefits are more than a checkbox—they're a meaningful expression of a company's values and a vital part of its success. A simple but powerful purpose drives my work: help employers offer benefits that truly align with their philosophy of care.

When I'm not piecing together the healthcare puzzle, you’ll find me exploring the shelves at Rediscovered Books, practicing mindfulness at my favorite yoga studio, hiking the Boise foothills, or soaking up the local culture with my husband. I can also be found catching up with my sisters or traveling to visit my son Sam. Just don't expect to find me on social media—I'm too busy enjoying the real world.

Born and raised in Boise, Account Manager Tabitha Wheeler is driven by a desire to help others live a good, enjoyable life. This desire makes her the kind of person who is first in and last out, committed to every project with an unwavering work ethic. She's not one to boast about her accomplishments, like learning the ropes of a complex industry on her own. When Tabitha is not pushing herself out of her comfort zone to develop more amazing skills, she enjoys volunteering in the community, savoring a well-brewed cup of coffee, and watching her kids grow and develop through their activities.
